Not a fan of this terminal. Celebrity Cruise leaves out of here and that ship I'd great for a local Cali trip. No waterside etc as it caters to an older more seasoned crowd but great entertainment, great ship activities, and great food. The buffets are international so plenty to choose from and it's close to the night club. Bad part...when you disembark it's confusing!! Taxi's are in one place and ride share...still can't figure that out. Traffic in there is bad too. Folks warned about leaving your car as no security but there is so much activity with ships coming in and out that I would give it a go. Celebrity is a fun ship!! Especially for a California run that won't do the Carribbean. Don't book any excursions the ship doesn't offer if you go to Cabo!! You have to tender to shore and it is a loooooong process. My one tip. And if you miss Viator will NOT give you your money back. Watch for excursion scams...get concierge class so you can eat at Blu...then ask for the main dining menu. Thank me later!

Easy to move around. Once customs was sorted out, things went smoothly and quickly. Unfortunately customs was having issues with their face recognition software when we were here. They had to do it the old fashioned way with passports and verification.

I boarded the NCL Star here. Embarking is never fun. It did seem to go smoother and faster than other cruises I have been on.

We took a Princess cruise from Fort Lauderdale and arrived in Los Angeles at Berth 93, since we travelled from Europe before, we didn't have US local phone with data plan which would allow us to call a taxi or Uber.

There is Port free WIFI but at Berth 93, the signal is so weak that couldn't have any connections. We asked port employees about free WIFI but nobody seemed to know anything about it or showed any willingness to help!

We walked around the port hopelessly since there was a big mess with people embark/disembark at the same time.

Lucky enough, we walked to Berth 92 with our luggages and finally got the Port free WIFI signal.

We just couldn't believe that not a single employee working in the Port knew anything about the free WIFI zone in LA Cruise Terminal,...

After a one week cruise with Celebrity Cruises I returned to Berth 93 on November 7th 2022, and found that my car was vandalized. My car was insured and the supervisor of the parking lot assured me that the deductible ($250) would be compensated by the parking lot owners. Nothing has happened for the past 3 months, not even a $140 refund of the parking lot fee. I am an Elite - Plus member of Celebrity Cruises but will never embark or disembark in...
