101 E Manchester Ave, Los Angeles CA Upon arrival the shift lead was rude while taking the order. Every time we would add something to our order he would rush us and not let us look at the menu before he would say, “is that all” but in a rude tone. When we got to the window our food was handed to us in a closed bag so we couldn’t properly check if everything was in our bag. When we asked the shift lead if we could swap the guacamole for pico de gallo he declined. I have an allergic reaction to avocados and I even told him this and he shrugged it off. Then I decided to open the bag to found out that my order was wrong with no napkins no utensils and at this point I was already upset. He rudely told me to check my bag before asking for stuff and then proceeded to slam the drive thru window in my face. 3 minutes have gone by when a young lady approached the window to asked what I needed and I asked to speak to the manager or person in charge. Both said manager was not present and no one was in charge of the shift. No crew had name tags and none wanted to tell me who the manager was and even said the burrito girl was in charge but when I asked if I can speak to her, they said I couldn’t. Clearly the shift lead was lying and didn’t want to take accountability for his role and shift. He told me his name was George and then Juan once he saw the camera he didn’t want to lie. And didn’t want to give me my receipt when I asked for it and it’s not the first time this has happened at this location.Please train your people how to treat people with respect and dignity, your company depends on us customers to keep your business going and having leads/managers who don’t have a passion for the food industry should not be there or yet alone in charge of your company. It was my friend and I, she was the one driving she placed the order for a 16 piece family dinner and told the girl taking the order that she had a coupon mind you my friend is bilingual but she was speaking to her in Spanish we got to the window she looked like she was having a bad day took the payment but didn’t take the coupon. So my friend tells her she has the coupon after being charged i hear her tell (what looked like to be a supervisor) that we had a coupon and I’m thinking they figured we didn’t speak English and said with an attitude well why didn’t she give it to you before and was upset that now they had to reimburse the difference. So my friend says I’m sorry that you have to do it all over and the girl whose name we got after “Evelyn” didn’t even responde had a attitude this whole time. She charged my friends card AGAIN one for 51 and again for 42 instead of just giving back the diff so now we’re paying almost $100 for FAST FOOD. We asked for our sides mash potatoes beans and Mac and cheese then another side of rice, they gave us 2 sides of rice Mac and cheese plus the mash potatoes . We also asked for chipotle sauce and it wasn’t in the bag at this point it’s getting frustrating that they messed up our order. We take off and get home, we asked for a 16 piece and they gave us 2 tortillas no sauce. Read moreThis morning I arrived at the drive thru around 955am. I know pollo loco doesn't open until 10. I waited in the drive thru patiently. It was 1005am I said okay I'll give then another min, no one bothered to acknowledge me waiting in the drive thru! So I had to honk. The lady( name Karina) said "yes" I said "hi dont u guys open at 10 am" she said "yes we do, but the chicken needs a little bit more cooking so I'm going to open till 1030am". Then why do u guys say you open at 10 if nothing will be ready at 10am. I couldn't wait until 1030 because I start working at 1030. 10 min I could've waited but 30 min no way. Even the family that was right behind me left. I've worked for the food industry in the past and at least where I've worked at when we say we open at a certain time that means we are ready to serve! I know u schedule your staff at least 30 min before you open.
