The employees are very friendly and welcoming. With that being said the app system has been down for the past four days and I have called customer support 3 times in regards to the matter. Clearly this is not a concern for them, considering that I walked in this morning and yet the system is still non-functional. In order for customers to get the rewards and receive these items at the reward price you have to scan the app at checkout. I'm truly disappointed in 7 eleven , I visited this store everyday sometimes 2-3 times a day. I encourage other customers to leave reviews as well, maybe this will be a incentive to value their customers who are the reason for...

This 7 eleven has terrible customer service and can’t read the orders that come in. I have complained to doordash on several occasions about this location. I am so tired of stuff missing and or not having everything I ordered come to me. This 7 eleven distance wise is not my most direct 7 eleven. Yet, doordash ALWAYS send my order to this one. Awesome customer service. This place is always super busy but that tells you a lot. Good places stay busy like that. Their coffee is amazing and I’m a picky coffee drinker.
