Oh my gosh! I can’t believe I went back here and it’s still open after all these years. My Grandma used to live on 88th placed back in the day. But I ordered a pastrami sandwich and the pastrami combo. The sandwiches are huge, you can feed two to three people easy off of one. They literally gave us enough fries for three people when all I ordered was one. And the fries are really good. Plus you get fry sauce and peppers with it, that was awesome. I don’t know if theAmount of fries we received were their normal serving but I was happy because it is kinda more expensive than I expected or was used to so the amount definitely made it worth it. The lady that took my order was so so nice and personable. Like family. She was so sweet and cool.

The nastiest over seasoned pastrami sandwich I've ever tasted. It didn't even taste like pastrami just seasoning and salt. Look at the picture the pastrami is all brown from over seasoning, doesn't even look like pastrami. And it was $12.99 lol. On top of that the drive through took 20 minutes and there was only 2 cars in front of me.

Look at the price for a pastrami sandwich combo. Also, I didn’t get the extra fries I ordered. This is the second time they mess up my order. The employees should focus more on their grooming skills. I saw two employees outside on their break, though they was going to ask for money. Very disappointed!

If I can leave less than 1 star I would. It all started with the rude man at the drive through. I ordered a cheeseburger regular combo and a steak sandwich large combo, he rudely told me to pull up, I asked, did you not want my drink order, he rudely said pull up. I pulled up and he asked what my order was again. I repeated it was the cheeseburger regular combo and a steaksandwich large combo. He then asked me what kind of drinks. I took abit because I couldn't see the sign of drinks as there was none and from far i saw he had fanta, I said fanta, he looked at me annoyed and asked what fanta, I felt rusjed and just said strawberry fanta. Look, I understand it's hot and he works at a fast food place, I also work in a hot restaurant but I would NEVER give my customers attitude. He then said my total was 36. I asked for 2 thousand island dressings and then he said 38. The sign said the dressings were 77 cents. I let that go. He then gave us the drinks which were both medium not one large as i asked for and repeated to him twice. My partner was upset but at the time I just wanted to leave and go home. When we got home my partner took a bite of his steak sandwich and it was super tough. We looked at the sandwich and it looked like it was really old meat. The fries were super underdone and soggy. This meal and experience was NOT worth the almost 40 we paid. We should of gone to Tams instead. We went friday aug 8th at 230pm. This establishment should atleast give the drive through man a write up or atleast a talking too. Worst customer service I've ever received in my life. It's very seldom I leave a bad review but this was by far the worst burger joint I've eaten from. DO NOT GO HERE. There are other better charbroil places...

Hard, greasy meat in the tacos, tortillas were cold, the coffee was old and of very bad quality. I had to clean my table "twice" because it was really dirty. The service is poor despite good location. The worst thing: when I paid with a debit card I was not told there's a charge for it (One dollar!) and the worst, I got an extra charge from my bank because these people don't pay their fees with their bank to make if free and they don't tell you. Advise: don't go to eat there, dirty tables, bad food, bad service, and hidden charges. Manager/Owner should see that there's competition with better food and places. I should have gone to El Pollo Loco across the street, at least they always have good flavor, always clean and they have no hidden and...
