Muse Karaoke — Attraction in Los Angeles

Owner(older asian man) is really rude. I had missed his call to come back and when I realized it was him, my party and I rushed to get there. He started yelling at me right away saying that he called me and he’d cancel, even though I was apologizing the whole time. He dumped us in the room without saying a word, and left really fast. I’ve been to many karaoke places and they’ve always asked if we knew how to use the machine. The owner didn’t ask, and if it weren’t for me already knowing how to use it from a previous karaoke place, it would’ve been tough to figure out because the screen was all in Korean. Crazy how he was so rushed but there were hardly any people waiting in line to get a room. Once it was time to go, we had maybe about a few minutes left for a song but the owner came to our door and waved at us to get out the room. Prices for a 2-4 person room was $30/hr, but felt like I wasted my money to only sing a couple songs. Not accommodating, rushed, and rude. There are better places to go to! Just...

Yes. You can bring food and alcohol. Also, the owner of the Karaoke place, I don’t really know why everyone is saying he’s weird and rude.. If you look past communication, he is an actually nice person.. I came here with a group of 5 people, there was no available room at that time but he immediately look around and asked customers in the rooms if they are done or if they will extend their time. We only waited 15 mins and after that we got a room. The room has 2 microphones and a cover (mesh net) is provided for use. Down the hall they have complimentary water and cups if ever you get thirsty.. I have been coming here since 2017, they always update their song selection and they put english labels on the remote which makes it easy for use. Overall, I highly recommend this...

I recently celebrated my birthday at this venue and had guests drive from Palmdale, West Covina, and Palm Springs, which was the main reason I stayed despite some issues. While I loved the place itself and ultimately had a great time, the owner’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional.

He repeatedly shooed us away, ignored us, and burst into the room multiple times while we were singing. He even told me to move . he was extremely irritated throughout the event. I had to ask my guests to remain calm and not respond because I didn’t want him to kick us out and ruin the celebration.

Although the venue was wonderful and I was able to enjoy the company of my loved ones, the owner definitely shouldn’t be handling the front desk or anything involving...
