No No! Half way through the meal, my husband pulled out a hair strand from the falafel. We reported to the cashier/cook. Instead of trying to address the situation he asked my husband if that was his hair. We told him that the hair was in the falafel and he started explaining that he covers his hair and his hands are clean while cooking. Now, may be he's the only cook there based on how defensive he got, but at least acknowledge and understand the situation so other customers don't have to go through the same. We decided not to argue further so my husband put that specific piece of falafel aside and ate the rest. Then 80% through my meal I found a lash hair buried into the pile of rice. The server called owner and had him speak to me, but owner's dismissive response--insisting that their version was indeed Mandi--only added insult to injury. I suspect this place survives on customers who haven't yet discovered the truth.
