This bike path is the greatest! I love it for the location, with the ability to safely park a vehicle, take the bike and head out along the coast or inland LA and Culver City! The coastal trail is surrounded by sand, surf, open ocean and beautiful views! Access here is possible by bike from the Ballona Creek Bike Path or from the South Bay Bike Path, or vice versa. Walk in access is possible as it is with Toes Beach, from Lagoon Park, just over the dunes along Pacific Avenue, or from the west end of Culver Blvd. Further south is residential street access, with a walkway off of South Marine Av. Still further is a steep ramp access beside Vista Del Mar. Here I had to carry my bike on my shoulder with...

I enjoyed this walking/biking trail for a number of reasons. It’s close to the ocean so great surf sound and a cool breeze blowing off the ocean. Benches are strategically placed along the trail to rest at. Restroom are a further distance but still convenient. Nice to be so close to the flight pattern and enjoy the sight of planes leaving LAX. Worth a mile...

So cool! We have been traveling the country in an RV, and riding bikes along the beach bike trail has been the highlight of the trip. I wish the part that goes around Marina Del Rey didn't put us on the road with the cars, but the beach bike ride makes up for it. Highly...
