A wonderful park for kids of all ages. There’s a structure for bigger kids and a structure for little kids. My son is 3 and still has a few parts of the park to grow into, it’s been a delight to see him grow over the years at this park.
I always feel safe here and the kids who come by are friendly, same with the parents. You can bring a picnic set up and enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the grass. There are a few benches and tables nearby.
The playground has fun features with pretty unique climbing structures for a playground. The lagoon is not swimmable but the mallards, pigeons, seagulls and pelicans are fun to watch. Sometimes I bring seeds to feed the crows and squirrels.
There’s usually plenty of parking at the lot nearby. It can be hard to find parking on weekends or holidays. Definitely a park to visit during sunset time for golden hour in photos and a perfect backdrop...
