Very disappointed with this place and people who works there. I ordered flower for my friend's party.Two days I was texting with them about my order.I sent the pictures of the flowers that I want. They even quoted me a price for it.I told them that I will pickup on this day at this time.They told me okay order is placed.So when the day came I drove all the way to the address to pick up my order.And they telling me there is no order under your name and there is no way that someone from them take the order from me.They were asking each other who took my order, but everybody's saying not me not me.So the guy who was in charge, he told me nobody took your order. I showed him my texts.I showed him the phone calls and he was looking me looks like I'm crazy.And he told me there is no way to have my order,what he can do for me just will give me the basic flower without no any decoration without staying on the line.They didn't even apologize for all this.That I spent all my time to order the flowers.
