It's big but hard to get to. We took Lyft and the driver had some issues finding the place. Lots of turns, freeway switching, etc. But I get it it's a seaport. I wish the signs were more obvious and had better clarity in guiding people to it. Huge parking lot with AGAIN indication of the direction through the parking lot is not so good either - big busses are in the same lines as the small vehicles, it certainly creates chaos for both types, but after you managed through all of it you are ok. This is a very busy location managing a lot of people going on and off the cruise, practicing patience, comparison and cooperation...

I froze, and I had to beg for a chair as I waited 3 hours in the rain under an open-air tent top waiting area. (50 degrees that day, too, in LA). Then we waited another 2 hours inside the port, waiting to board the ship. Possibly, our first and last embarking from this port. To be fair, I will say that there was one super cheerful employee who was nice enough to bring this 70 year old woman with osteoarthritis a chair out to the wet, cold tent covered line waiting area......
