Excellent service. Great staff and great selection of everything. Have been going to Lowell pawn for at least 12 years and will continue to for years to come.

Edit: scratch that. I've been a customer here forever and they can't give me scrap gold prices over the phone "because of competition" the guy says. In other words they pay less than everyone else but want you in the door, with the hope you'll sell it to them because you're already there. Who wouldn't shop around for the highest payer? Everyone else I called happily told me their prices. Go to empire loan, they're right next door and as of this moment are paying $55/pennyweight for 14k and $39 for 10k. If they paid good they'd have no problem telling you over the phone because they'd want your business. I'm not going to drive there to be low-balled, hoping I just sell. Lowell jewelry and pawn a great place to get amazing deals on jewelry,televisions,electronics,coins, fine art & all kinds of unique items. It has a very friendly staff and the owner (Chris) is very involved and always available . I visit at least twice a week and always leave with something unique ,always new items to check out . Their lending and pawn is bar none the fairest and highest paying around and they understand how uncomfortable it can be to have to pawn or sell and treat EVERY client with the highest respect! I cant say enough about the place , its just an amazing experience every time ,there are things in there you just cant find anywhere else and LOTS of one of a kind items ....... Lowell jewelry and pawn is Lowell's own "HARDCORE PAWN" and "PAWN STARS" all rolled up in one !!! Thank you chris and the rest of the gang for all you do .......

Was in a tight spot and needed a little cash for few days but was denied loan, I brought in an ebike valued at $1200(bike is 3 months old) , asked for a $100 loan, they denied me because they don't have space for a bike( this bike folds in half and has a 2'X3' footprint). Website says they are there to help, thanks for nothing, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

After reading your response I have a couple questions, which is the lie, I was told you would normally give a loan on the bike but "there is not enough room to store it now" but your response says it's because of battery, so which statement is true? Secondly, do you sell phones, because they have same type of battery which means same risk, as well as cordless drills and other tools(which I did see in your shop) . So in the future try to be honest, now I wish I could give...
