Fade zone barber studio — Local services in Lowell

I rated this place 5 stars previously, but I stopped going here. There's a lack of respect for customer's time. You need an appointment to get your hair cut by Jose, but he will make you wait 45 minutes to 2 hours after your scheduled appointment time to finally get in the chair. Decided to leave at 3:45 last week because I had to get to work, I had a 2:30 appointment. I am never usually one to complain or walk out of an establishment, but this was happening more often than not- and I was coming here once per week for the last few months, $100 a month. I just don't understand the point of making an appointment if it's not going...

The guys who cut my hair had no idea what he did. I have tried many places in Lowell, by far this was the worst hair cut I got. May be they are good with Latino style hair, other communities should be careful with him. I just feel the guys has less understanding of how to cut hair, especially thick, long hair.
