This place facilitates me with the best products and best customer serivce this beast could ever ask for. A staff that gives you more then the basic information. They give their review of the product how they have felt using it and the pros and cons of each unit of merchandise. I have been able to work with them on price without having my wallet be taken advantage of. Some of the people that work here are just fantastic individuals with great personalitys and a real care to customer service. If i could give this shop 6 stars i would. To start their selictions of bongs bowls and other tools for flower or (tobacoo) are phenomeonal with fire prices to boot. And the vapor products are more fairly priced then a lot of the stores in nh where there is no tax but i save more here. I also would like to say their rewards system is awesome after 100points you get 5$ off your purchase add em up and get up to 20 or 30 i think. And those points add up fast. Bought 2 vape pens by ooze BOTH broken!! When I went in to exchange they refused and only offered to sell me a cheaper one, as they said this brand often has issues. .. Called a few times and given run around about when manager will be in. Tried to reach out to manufacturer but the code on the pen has been removed from both of the pens, so now I can't even exchange through them. Zero stars total rip off.
