Burger King — Restaurant in Lowell

i dont review usuallly unless a place is really good or really bad... I have been going to this BK for years. Always have had a problem. But this last visit i have never been so upset! I ordered and #1 and a #13. First i sat in line for 10 minutes before u paid. Second the guy was rude and complaining of how miserable he is ( i work in the food industry. And he should never complain ) and lastly the food. I ordered a #1 meal which is a whopper with medium fries. My fries were old and i received a whopper JR in the bag. That meal is almost 10$ !!! A whopper jr is 1$!!!! Lastly my #13 the easy chicken frie meal.... They threw extra in the box! I thought wow that awesome! Now they were harder than rocks must have sat there for a few hours.. That is so unsanitary... All in all. Burger king you lost a life long customer i will never eatbyour food again. And this store is getting reported to the BBB and heakth inspection of MA. . you guys dont pay attention to all...

Bad bad bad bad , and so poor service. Manager and assistant manager are aggressive and discriminate against clients, especially the manager who usually works at night, she joked my accent when i expressed the food names and she kept repeating it in the form of enjoyment after i left the drive thru. At the second window she was taken a order from the other's custumer and shaking her head negatively while she's repeating the order and register in the computer( like im too tired for this kind job) The two boys who also work at night shift who are Spanish are rude and show that they don't love or at least like the work they do. They serve as if it were a favor they are doing to the client. Always in their shift you can hear them speaking in loud Spanish and Portuguese language without discretion in front of clients. Well, they should watch and listen more often the BK videos and take classes from the basics life skills to be there like...

I pray to Almighty God this place gets shut down and redone with people who actually properly earn their positions and care about running a food chain!

Went there at 4am today. Sat at the speaker forever. Another car pulls up. I pull to the window and a guy is mopping. Google says it’s 24hrs. The window says “24 hrs” that means you serve us till the company says stop! This guy comes to the window and doesn’t speak ANY ENGLISH AT ALL. Pretty sure he’s illegal. Dude doesn’t even know his numbers in English bc he couldn’t tell me how many people were in the store besides himself. Or when the doors would open.

THEN I go to Drum Hill and there’s 2 ladies in there. One comes to the window and tries giving me attitude: “we’re still closed for cleaning”. No honey you had all night to do that! I said “it clearly says on the window you’re open 24 hrs”. And these are the lazy ingrates we pay! I just pulled...
