Stepping into Mr. Wish on their grand opening was like entering a tea enthusiast's paradise. The service? Imagine being greeted by the warmest smiles that made you feel like a VIP on a red carpet, but for tea. With options ranging from milk teas to fruit teas to smoothies, the drink lineup was nothing short of stellar. The 3Q Milk Tea was a creamy dream, the Lychee & Passionfruit Babo a refreshing melody, and the Lychee Sunshine with Aiyu Jelly a burst of joyful summer in every sip. For a fun treat, don't miss the made-to-order waffles. Available in three options - plain, custard-filled, and taro-filled. We tried the custard and taro waffles. Both were great, but my favorite was the taro waffle. Each bite was a perfect blend of crispy edges and soft, fluffy insides, with a sweet taro heart that was utterly irresistible. It was like biting into a cloud, if clouds were made of taro and happiness. Overall, Mr. Wish isn't your ordinary tea shop. It's a place where every sip and bite brings joy with a vibe that makes you want to stay all day. For a neighborhood lacking in epicurean gems, Mr. Wish is a wish granted for so many.

Employees are rude and do not care about patronage. I would give this establishment 0 stars if that was possible. The employees also have a dog running amuck around the establishment off leash. Apparently their concern with cleanliness is dependent upon their mood of the day. around in food establishments in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Pennsylvania law: Prohibits non-service animals in food-prep areas of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and other businesses that sell food and drinks. Public health: Dogs can be a vector of disease, especially in places that handle food. Philadelphia code: Prohibits knowingly or negligently allowing dogs to commit a nuisance in public places, including on sidewalks, streets, and in buildings.

The drinks and the waffles are delicious!! Not too sweet, but if it were, there are options to change the amount of sugar put in the drinks, as well as ice levels. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The drinks were made quickly and there is a lot of spaces to sit and relax if you’re planning to study or stay a while. The space is very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. It is also very clean here, including the bathroom.
