I absolutely LOVE Riah Day Spa! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is peaceful, welcoming, and beautifully put together. It’s the kind of place that instantly makes you feel relaxed and taken care of.

Devon, the spa manager, has done my hair—and she is truly amazing. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she also genuinely cares about her clients. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and delivered beyond expectations. On top of that, she even bought me a coffee during my appointment! That small, thoughtful gesture speaks volumes about the level of care and hospitality you get at Riah.

My fiancé also had a facial and hasn’t stopped raving about it—it was one of the best he’s ever had. The estheticians are so knowledgeable and made the experience completely relaxing and refreshing.

Riah offers such a wide range of services, from hair and facials to massages and even a head spa, which is so hard to find locally. It’s truly a one-stop destination for self-care and pampering.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding the facial I received . Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the experience and felt it didn’t meet the level of professionalism I expected, especially at the $85 price point.

I have very sensitive skin and found the use of gloves quite uncomfortable. In the past, estheticians have adjusted for this, but that wasn’t the case here. Additionally, there was no massage of the neck or décolletage, which I’ve always experienced as a standard part of a facial. That aspect made the service feel incomplete.

I had a regular nail polish manicure/ pedicure. The nail tech was nice, the service was unacceptable. If they are going to provide manicure service they should at least have the proper equipment. After waiting for my nails to dry with a hair dryer! the technician said my nails were dry. I attempted to put my shoes on and they got all smudge. They did refund me the $10 for the nail color which probably should have been more but the worst was over hearing the manger talk about me and say it was my fault! Do not go to this place for a regular manicure, very disappointing. I would like to add that Jillean Hornung responded to my concerns and worked to provide a resolution I was pleased with.
