Blaze Pizza — Restaurant in Lower Paxton Township

The prices were good for the choose 2 but there were really bad communication issues, all I wanted was a cheesy bread and a salad I had to keep repeating my order even though they wrote it down. For their first day I expected more than me and one other customer. It was so loud from the employees talking that I couldn't hear the other person I was talking to and they were sitting next to me! $11 wasn't really worth it to not hear your own thoughts, eat cheesy bread that all you could taste was dough, pizza that felt like cardboard, and a super simple salad. We got free choose 2 size pizza cause of how many times they messed up our order. Everything but the salad was bland. We drew the line when we found a hair in our food and got up and left, the employees making the food had hats on but I guess the managers and trainers thought they were an exception. If you go anywhere for food everyone regardless of whether or not they are touching food are required to wear a hair net or a hat. I would have bothered to get a refund or some money back if they weren't too busy taking pictures and fooling around when there wasn't customers to be helped. I don't think I will be going back. The only five star review I saw was from the owner, that's why I felt the need to warn others before they waste...

We originally stopped at this area to visit McAllister's but decided to try this place since we've never been here. Customer service was terrible. Three guys were sitting on the counter when we walked in. Everyone looked at us but no one said hi. Ok, its a bunch of kids so I get it. The girls who made our pizza were ok but all the staff was more worried about joking around. We paid and they said they would call our name when ready and we sat in the resturant. The first set of people who came in after us got thier food. After the second group came and went, I went to ask about our food. The kid asked my name? Walked around the corner and got my pizzas. He sat them on the counter and said here. No sorry, no care. By the time I got home, the pizza was good but cold. So what can I say? This place was crazy busy, ( pi day special price!) and still the waiting time was very short. Staff was friendly, very helpful with our first time here questions. The food was absolutely amazing!! Perfect pizza crust, we all decided on original crust, and the toppings were fresh and very numerous! We were two vegans and a vegetarian, so we can't speak for the meat options, but I can say, this was hands down the Best vegan pizza I've ever had! The cheese was melted to perfection, not an easy thing with vegan cheese. Five stars on all counts here! Highly recommend this place and will be returning!! Thank you all for a wonderful...
