We loved the many pieces in the store as well as how organized and spaced out all the booths were. We were thrown off though, after noticing that we were being watched by an employee. I found it kind of odd that the lady came from behind the counter to stare at us from the end of the aisle. I proceeded to ask if they were closing, thinking and hoping that was the reason but she stated they weren't and that she was just checking to make sure everything was ok. She must have been standing there for about 2 minutes watching us which made us uncomfortable. It weren't for the the type of store and knowing that these were unique pieces, I would have walked out.

The best place in Cape May for a wide variety of antiques, collectibles and unique items. Many surprises and things you didn't know you wanted! 70+ dealer booths offer both vintage, trendy, modern and pop culture items. You can find handbags, vintage vinyl, jewelry, kids books, home decor, nautical, unique furniture pieces and collectibles. Since there are so many dealers, there is new merchandise weekly. You can spend $1 or $1,000 here. Open all year, but call the store or check online for winter hours.

A nice antique shop with many kiosks offering a wide array of vintage items. The Cape May Antique Center is one of the shops we like to visit. While on vacation in the area. The staff are friendly and the finds are eclectic. There can be anything from old prints, furniture, games, toys, and other collectibles. We especially enjoy looking at some of the antique furnishings and lighting fixtures!

My wife and I LOVE this place! It’s the perfect mix of: “Man-Tiques” (Need some sports stuff from the 60’s....You can find it! Your favorite comics....Covered! Beautiful original and restored toy trains? They have them! Toys! They even have things for the grandkids!) She loves the fact that from jewelry to housewares to records to high-end handbags that are “gently used” are sold at very used prices! We do a LOT of antique hunting (As a senior Jewish couple tends to do!) One thing that we’ve noted is that a lot of other antique malls have gone over to rubbish and reproductions...Tin signs and t-shirts with a helping of everything else found in a garage sale. Not the case here! It’s really neatly organized and everything is quality! We’re what you could call “frequent flyers” here-I’m a retired teacher, but my wife ran a children’s boutique for 25-years and we both agree that the staff is always super nice and patient-Even if they have 20 people waiting to pay and someone jumps right in front, waving something in front of their faces demanding that the world stop at that moment so they can see if there’s some additional discount. They’re really professional people from the wares they present to their customer service-And that’s only part of the reasons we keep...

Owner claims I have the wrong store, but I am fully aware of which store I was at and this definitely happened, considering other negative reviews of people saying the employees made them uncomfortable, I can assume I’m not totally hallucinating.

I would give negative reviews if I could. The lady working was extremely rude, like to the point where is was actually bizarre. The man in front of us tried handing her a $50 bill and she refused to give him $20 change because she “didn’t want to give away her 20s” she told him that if he really wanted it he would send someone back with smaller bills. My mother was standing by the exit about to leave and she full on screamed at my mother to move without even asking politely first. Like screamed MOVE to the point where I could hear it across the store. Actually disgusting behavior with expensive yet low...

The place had great stuff however the owner is miserable. Didn't realize the place was closing as were finishing up looking at things & instead of politely saying we're closing soon was rude & nasty when my husband asked to see something in a display case. The second & probably most important thing is there is a giant American flag (painted or stained on wood or another heavy material)outside her store displayed with other things for sale which was upside down. Now if she meant to display it like that, ok she has her own view but when brought to her attention he was annoyed we said anything & said well it's too heavy for me to fix it, I can't do anything about it. Even after offering to help put it right she remained "put out". GUESS THAT FREEDOM YOU ARE SO FREELY GIVEN ISN'T WORTH IT TO YOU, I BET SOME SOLDIERS WOULD...
