Boot Barn — Attraction in Lubbock

I’ve purchased many many pairs of boots and other products from this store and will no longer do any business whatsoever with them. And I worn you to do the same! I purchased a pair of work boots and as they started to break in the steel toe portion of the boot started to dig into the top of my foot making them unwearable for me. At the time I was unaware of the one year warranty for said boots as not one manager or sales associate told me anything about it. So I purchased another pair of work boots through Boot Barn. Those boots lasted a little over a year, and when I went back to Boot Barn to purchase another pair of work boots I then let them know the issue I was having with steel toe boots and at that time was told about the warranty. Well it’s been a little over a year and the manager says there’s nothing he can do, not even a little store credit or anything. Had I known about the warranty I would still be a customer with Boot Barn, and had the manager even attempted to help me out due to the fact of HIS sales associates not making people aware of warranty on boots I’d be getting a new pair right now. So, to all the future customers of Boot Barn, there’s is a one year warranty on all Twisted X and Cody James boots!! Obviously they don’t want people to know...

Made a online purchase and went in store to pick , well my husband wanted to look around and we ended up finding jeans , two nice shirts and some boots as well , but we had no help from associates and we needed it but I felt like I was going to interrupt their conversations if I did . Well we did take a while to shop especially our son started getting fussy , I also felt racially profiled as I’m Mexican and my husband is African American we both just got off work so we weren’t the best dressed well we were the only customers at the time and as we were making our way out their were two cops and the security waiting by the doors. Honestly they have beautiful clothes and boots but would not want to have that experience again so most likely will not...

They either smother you the second you hit the door or you can’t find any help. This establishment employs high school and college kids, I didn’t see see an adult employee. My company gave me a voucher to purchase FR pants, boots, safety glasses, gloves, and a hard hat. The store doesn’t carry any FR pants in my size which is not my fault. However, I found pants online. Every time I go in there I’m told, “oh we can order whatever you need for you”. If it can be ordered, not sure why there is any issue with a voucher. But the voucher is only limited to in store stock. It cannot be combined with online or what’s ordered from the store. Very inconvenient and poor experience. I won’t be going back...
