Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Lubbock

This is regarding the awesome customer service that Chick-Fil-a is supposed to provide. I run a restaurant so I understand policy, however when someone comes to my store asking for ranch for the pizza they bought elsewhere. I sell them a 25 cent 2oz cup. I don’t tell them that I can’t because I don’t have a button for it. The lady proceeded to tell me about policy and how I could buy a bigger ranch. So I did. The ranch was $3.19. I could have bought a sandwich and gotten the ranch free for that, her great customer service didn’t tell me that tho. Anyhoo, I got the ranch ate my pizza and threw away a good 6oz of ranch...smh. We were passing through Lubbock and in need of a non burger lunch. We order the chicken pieces and waffle fries. The order was delivered to our table before we even got to sit down. The service at every one of these restaruants is great. The chicken ain't bad either. Sure beats the burger blues when traveling. I just wish they were open on Sundays too. We were visiting from out of town and found this Chick-Fil-A online. It was very busy but they moved quickly and we got our food almost immediately after we'd ordered. DISAPPOINTING. I just went for lunch and for 12 count nugget meal. My fries were warm and fresh. The Nuggets, no. I got the box and immediately knew . The box was soft and soggy. The nuggets inside were not even lukewarm. Some were even cool. So the chicken was not fresh. I could tell they had been sitting out for a long while. It’s disappointing because food isn’t cheap and who has time to go back during a busy work day? Then I got a half sweet/unsweet tea. The tea had an unpleasant taste. I could only take a few drinks. Who wants a cold lunch? Hopefully it doesn’t...
