Great selection, great atmosphere and the staff is indescribable on the counts of making you feel welcome and even like family when you go in. I made several large purchases a handful of months ago, and I can't give you in words alone just how remarkable my experience was. The entire staff is awesome, very friendly and helpful. But I have to mention Max , this young man will go above and beyond to make sure everything is more than perfect. He's not pushy, nor does he try to steer you into purchasing something crazy expensive like most salespeople do. He's very intuitive, pays hard-core attention to each and every customer. If you have 1 question or if you have 20, he listens with sincerity and consideration. My family and i had been dealing with some difficult decisions due to medical family emergencies. I have to say one of the few things that brought me comfort and peace was simply seeing this young man's face light up, and smile when I would walk through the door. "HI Miss Brenda how are you? How's your mom doing?" As he shook my hand. Anyone who has had to deal with dementia/alztheimers in the family knows just how much it can wear you down mentally and physically. Trying to make sure you do your best to take care of your loved one while juggling your own daily routines and managing to try and still devote the time needed to your own household, stressing over what's best and crying yoursef to sleep because you feel so lost. Through all of this I have to say that Max is one of the few positives that helped keep me going when I thought I was ready to give up. Yeah he was great with customer service and he gives you GREAT deals lol, but he also has the compassion for his customers that is ideal for any manner of success. He listens because he wants to, not because it is his "job". I must say that if the owner of this jewelry business is reading this review I want you to know that this young man is your absolute BEST candidate for continued success on your part. If I could give them half a star I would but I can’t… Am not pleased with my purchase. My husband bought a wedding ring and purchased the warranty. I lost a diamond 2 weeks after purchase. We took it back to get fixed n we’re told the warranty didn’t cover lost diamonds. But they would fix it for free. We got it fixed and then about 3 weeks after that another diamond fell out and I actually got lucky n found it shining on my shirt. We finally got a chance to go took it back to Treasures today and were told we would have to pay for the diamond because the diamond I found didn’t belong to my ring. But they still wanted to charge me. We paid extra for the warranty for what… nothing I guess!! Very disappointed with this store and the service we got today!! Definitely DO NOT recommend this store for any jewelry anyone is looking to buy!!! Daniel was amazing! He is very well versed in his craft. He talked about the process of what he was going to do and mentioned the careful work he will be doing on my wedding rings. My rings were small, and we were in a bind to get my rings resized, considering the a short amount of time we had in Lubbock. We were visiting from out of town for only a week, my husband called Treasures Fine Jewelry & Repair and Daniel retrieved the call. We asked if he could resize a ring and what the turnaround was.
