First walked in and was told to pick a color. Picked a color within 45 seconds of looking and had one lady ask me 15 times what color and then as I answered, she’s walk away or start talking over me to someone else. Charged me $70 for a full gel set BUT didn’t change the tips, just used the old ones so I should’ve only been charged for a refill. Argued with me about a nail that was breaking and said it wasn’t but if I wanted it changed it was going to cost “extra”. Filed them down so now they’re all different shapes and when asked to fix them, I was told they were fine. She put so much gel on some of them that they look curved downwards. My sister in law who went with me got a dip powder, wanted a full set because she wanted them longer. REPEATEDLY kept saying she wanted a new set, for them to ignore her and continue filing off the old color. 30 minutes in, the guy is STILL trying to remove just the color from her nails and had to be told three times by another employee that he’s using the wrong drill. She is still at this point trying to tell them she wants a whole new set and showing them every nail that is cracking and a nail that got burned at melted on the side, just to be told it’s fine!! They finally swap out the guy that clearly didn’t know what he was doing with someone else that finally listens to her and just redoes the whole set. As all of this is happening, we’re listening to another client as for her nails to not be cut that short and they agree, then cuts them too short. She says that’s too short but it’s too late as it’s her real nails. They go oh we can do this and add this to strengthen it but it’ll cost extra. She’s like you cut it too short after I showed you how long I want it. They respond with yeah but it’ll cost extra to do this and this. At that point the client lady just said please just them them all even, I’m not paying extra for something you messed up. The lady continues to argue they can add this and that to make it longer and strengthen it and it’ll be fine. In the end, it was just an overall horrible experience. Literally robbed of $70 for nails that are so ugly. The design is nice if you can ignore the fact that the color on the French tip is not even, doesn’t cover the same places, each nail is either super skinny or super fat, has so much gel on top that they’re curved, different lengths, and some of them look like they’re already growing out because they didn’t change the nail and not enough gel at the top near my nail bed. I’d get over it and just go somewhere else to have them re done if my baby shower wasn’t literally tomorrow. And it’s so embarrassing because you can TELL it’s...
Read moreThe customer service was horrible the person who did my pedicure left me sitting in the chair until the water was practically cold and then proceeded to keep leaving and finishing somebody else and pedicure in the middle of mine. And when I went on to get my nails fixed I had a gel fill with gel nail polish and I was overcharged completely. $65 for a gel fill. Not to add that I got the $50 pedicure and was charged another $15 for gel nail polish when the pedicure said it included it. When Ivan asked about it I was showing the prices and told I got charged extra because I didn’t get my nails done there before. Then I was told there was a fee to use my card after my bill came out to $120 she said if I use the ATM and got cash it would be cheaper. So I went on to try to use the ATM for some reason their ATM only let you take out $20 at a time with a one dollar fee. How in the world was I gonna sit there and make six transactions to take out $120 plus another 20 to tip them. Mind you the person who is doing my nails never even finished them and went on to start somebody’s pedicure and somebody else had to come and finish my nails because I sat there for an additional 20 minutes with my hand into the UV light. I’m honestly extremely disappointed in the customer service and the quality of staff they definitely need more people and to rethink there prices. I have never been to a nail salon where I’ve sat there for four hours to get a pedicure and a fill. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never go back and will make sure everyone knows my...
Read moreTHIS PLACE USES MMA MONOMER (EXTREMLY DANGEROUS FOR YOUR NAILS, IMPOSSIBLE TO TAKE OFF) First off. These nails are from January 2024. I booked an appointment for 1pm. The lady put me in the chair for a full hour before doing my nails so she started at 2pm. I tell her i only want ONE HAND done because I need my other hand to be short and she charges me $50 for just one hand acrylics. not even a full set. The entire time she squeezed my fingers until they hurt. She rushed the entire process. The acrylic beads were runny and dripping off my finger. Then I look through the color choices and they didn't even have a glittery pink? I showed her a reference picture and she doesn't even know how they did it. Not even a nail tech but they obviously used clear and glitter acrylic. The nails are extremely bumpy especially my thumb. The design called for cheetah print. She draws these half circles and dots for 2 minutes. She rushed so much it turned out not looking like cheetah print. THEN today 2/13/2024 I'm trying to take these off and they wont come off. From 12pm to 5 pm I am soaking my nails in pure acetone trying to remove these. Its so infuriating. MMA monomer is illegal in most states and the fact that this places uses it is insane. Its coming off gummy and sticky and then hardening after 30 seconds. this is an awful place. Do not waste your money here. I suggest yall just grow out your natural nails and dont invest in any nail place. Its a scam. Would love a refund, $50 aint cheap FOR...
