Do not order from this store. They are very unprofessional. We ordered bedroom furniture on August 22nd for a family member moving into a apartment. We were told the bed would be ready in time for their September 19th move-in date. When I called the store to inquire about the delivery time because I hadn’t heard from anyone, I was informed by our salesperson (C. Jennings) that the date changed. He had no real concern about the fact NO ONE CALLED/EMAILED to tell us NOT to drive hours down to VA, NOT to take off from our much needed jobs, NOT to have our family member give their current landlord a September 19th exit, NOT to gather friends to help with move, NOT to rent a Uhaul, etc. I could go on. C. Jennings was very kind the day we made the purchase. Today was a different story. He made his sale and that’s all that mattered. COVID19 has done many things to our world including claiming the life of my beautiful mother in April, so to speak to someone who really didn’t care about how the lack of customer service was very upsetting. The supposed date now for it to arrive in the warehouse is now October 6. I told C. Jennings that I would call close to that date. He asked me why would I be calling. Huh? Why would I be calling? What kind of question is that? I said I’d be calling to do the job he and his store didn’t do and that is to follow up on the delivery date. Next steps for us is to plead with the management of the place our family member was exiting tomorrow. Hoping they can stay longer. Read moreHORRIBLE experience, all the way around. So disappointing. We went with Ashley because they had the furniture we liked for a reasonable price, but that's where the good ends. Our salesperson was nice but took THREE HOURS to check us out and has been absolutely zero help with all the mistakes along the way.
First, we were "guaranteed" the furniture would be here within 6 weeks. 6 weeks came and went, no furniture, no explanation, no apology. We finally hear that the furniture will be ready but a few pieces won't be ready until 6 weeks after the other pieces, so they'll have to delay our delivery so everything can be delivered together. When we said that wasn't unacceptable, they acted like they were doing us a favor by saying they could deliver the furniture that's ready but we would have to come to the store to get the pieces that come in 6 weeks. Even though we paid for delivery and setup.
We're told furniture is ready, will be delivered that week. Get a call from the warehouse...it's actually going to be another 3 weeks. Finally, we get the furniture. Except they forgot 3 of the items. And 2 of the items are wrong (kitchen chairs - wrong color/style). We tried calling our salesperson, she just told us we'd need to call the warehouse. We get a re-delivery of the items they forgot. Wrong again.
Through all of this, our salesperson has been zero help, not even apologetic that we had no furniture for months and now have the wrong furniture. We've been unable to reach a manager. Horrible, horrible experience. Go anywhere but here for your...

After only have my mattress and bed set for 7 months both were defective and went through the claims process. After 3 months of going in circles with ANDREW GRANT the manager who could care less about helping anyone I finally got a mattress picked out after being told there were no limits (and luckily 4 others heard this as I was on speaker phone) was then told I could not get the mattress. Which was fine, I didn't mind paying the difference but I do not like being called a liar, or being lied too by SCOTT who is the regional sales leader. These two obviously graduated from Clown University and have business sense of a goldfish. After 3.5 months of going back and forth with no resolutions and Andrew telling me he will call me back with no return calls. I asked to speak to someone higher and was in touch with Jeffrey Mills, who was a DOLL. He drove into Lynchburg to meet me and make it right and did. However, the goons at this Lynchburg store couldn't even put the order in correct. They show up to deliver and only have a mattress and box springs- no frame like promised and no order to take the broken bed. Until they have some management change or something -- do not even bother. You'll end up going crazy trying to keep these clowns on track to get anything done. Oh.. and no I never got a refund. They eventually let me trade it all for a mattress that is about the same value as it...
