Where do I begin?
I love my furniture, but the professionalism of customer service that I have gotten since applying for the furniture has been below subpar!
Dominique the employee who works there seems to think that it’s appropriate to say things to people that she should not be.
On several occasions, I’ve had these interactions with this ONE employee, and no one else gives me this problem. So my issue is not the furniture! The issue is customer service.
Dominique is unprofessional, disrespectful, a liar, and in need of another sort of job. She is not a well representation of whoever owns the business nor her manager. I know company business because of her running mouth and because she thinks she can say whatever she wants, she tells my account business to a store with other customers. I’ve already spoken with the manager, Gerald telling him that I do not want to deal with her regarding my account, and as soon as he walks out the door, she calls and harasses my phone starting things. I’m not sure why and I’m not trying to figure it out. I also have proof that the same employee tried to process a payment without my permission I screenshot everything!
Not only has she told my account business because I don’t want to deal with her. She also took it as far as to threaten my place of worship, as well as call me outside of my name, because I do not want to deal with her. It’s unprofessional and it’s not going to be tolerated! I am the most peaceful person in the world, but you cannot go around provoking people not thinking that you’re going to not get a response.
This is my final attempt in being nice because the next time it will be court for harassment! One thing about a liar is that they will deflect on everything else to ignore the fact that they are a liar! I’ve never had this issue with any other employee, except for Dominique! Dominique is leak in the building, the rhinestone almost diamonds if you will. Meaning that she has potential but it’s not real. She’s literally the worst employee that unfortunately I have come into contact with dealing with this company. I guess they feel an obligation to keep her but I have someone else that can start tomorrow. No customer whether they’re paying late or on time should have to deal with what I’ve dealt with with this employee and I use that term loosely!
Once I find out her full name, I will be writing another Google review for no one to ever hire her because maybe her not being able to get a job will snap her out of this behavior that she thinks is okay!
This is my second time that I have had someone on the phone or in person with me, listening through AirPods to the way that she speaks to me and when they called to make a payment on my behalf (because I wanted to see how she would act) they did not have the same issue from her, so it’s a personal agenda that she has against me for telling the truth about her running mouth!
If premier gets rid of her, it would be a perfect business, because I’ve never had any issues with anybody but her! It’s been her since day one from lying about my delivery to other things that she has lied about!

I get a text message while I’m in clinical stating that I need to make a payment then another text message saying call before the end of the day, which I did no call was returned back, the first time Nobody answered the phone. i’m not for the back-and-forth I said I don’t want the furniture. I’m not keeping it either way I pay it or I don’t you still gotta come pick it up the furniture. it’s unnecessary drama when my life is already busy and I don’t have drama myself. I’ve said it twice they can come get the furniture. I’ll bring it myself or sit it outside. All of a sudden the lack of communication is happening and I’m not understanding y. if it was more to what needed to be done, Should’ve been said with the process. now I’m pissed off that my card that I didn’t give permission to be on file was on file And was denied for payment. I’ve never had issues with money coming out of my account for any other thing. This summer I was charged for jewelry that I did not purchase at first I thought it was them then I let it go. but now I’m really pissed off and got to thinking that someone use my Card I’ve never had an issue with money being taken out my account. Read moreI ordered Bedroom set and mattress. That was on Jan 25th. I was told I would receive my furniture Feb19th but asked me to call that week to check. I called and they said it’s delayed and now it will take end of March and asked to check the week of 22nd. Knowing what happened earlier I went to store on 17th. The guy told that the prices went up and it’s delayed and would not be delivered 2 weeks later. Frustrated I still fully paid the additional charge and expected it delivered this time. Fast forward to today April 17th, I still don’t have my furniture delivered. Each of the employees telling different fake stories.
