I brought a package value of $449 here on Jan 27th for return and 3 small items. Ken took the package from me and printed the label. Amazon confirmed via phone and email today that the item was never scanned plus I was given a receipt for the 3 small low value items but do not have one for $449. I went to the store Feb 5th because I didn’t see my refund and asked if they could provide me with a copy of the receipt which the seller and Amazon were asking me for. Justin told they don’t keep receipts and to give it more time for package to be returned to seller. I called back in to the store sometime between Feb 10-12th then asked if I could speak to a manager or anyone that could help as still no refund or tracking noted as per seller and Amazon. I met the owner the next evening who confirmed that he looked at the camera footage that showed me returning the package. I asked if I could see the footage as I needed proof for my records, he said no which was ok with me. Vijai assured me he had started an investigation and that he would call someone he knew with UPS Corporate in the franchise department on Monday and call me with an update on Tuesday into the missing package I thanked him for doing that and confirming that I had indeed returned the item. He did not follow up with me. I contacted UPS corporate and they said that there is no investigation. My phone calls were not answered and a voice message was not responded to. I had to go every few days to the store to get updates or anything that would help resolve this. Justin was saying Amazon do this all the time and send the wrong labels etc. Amazon was just as confusing as UPS with every phone call came a different story. I have been misinformed and mislead from the beginning and I did say that I would file a police report because UPS are saying it’s amazons problem and Amazon are saying the item was never scanned. The soap opera continues police report was made and in saying I was going to go to the police which I did is not a threat. I’m not the 1st person this has happened to with ups returns. I did get my $449 via my credit card company and my advice for UPS returns has been forget ups/amazon and let your credit card company deal...

On Saturday, July 19th, 2025, I had a package scheduled for delivery. My son and I were home the entire day, and although our doorbell works perfectly, the driver never rang it. Instead, a notice was left stating the delivery was missed and that I needed to pick up the package at the Lyndhurst UPS Access Point.
After making several trips to the store, my package was still not there. Then, on July 22nd at 12:14 PM, I received a notification that the package had finally arrived at the store. I made another trip—only to find that the package still wasn’t there.
Justin, one of the employees, was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. The entire staff was very courteous and understanding. Justin took the initiative to contact the store manager, Vijai who kindly reviewed the security footage to confirm whether or not the package had been delivered. It hadn’t.
After reporting the issue to UPS customer service, we learned that the driver falsely claimed the package had been delivered. Thanks to Justin, Vijai, and the rest of the team’s persistence and thorough follow-up, my package was finally located and I received it today, July 23rd.
This package was very important to me, as it contained an item my son needs for college. I am beyond grateful for the care and dedication shown by the staff at this location. They truly went above and beyond, and their level of professionalism deserves recognition.

I live in South Carolina but I had a package that was dropped off at this store on Saturday (it was showing as being at the store) and by Tuesday, it still had not updated that the UPS driver had picked it up. When I called the store & Justin answered, I was taken care of. He did his due diligence of even checking the cameras to confirm it had left the building but that UPS must have not scanned it. He called me back twice in 2 days to keep me updated & did everything he could to find my package. They even went as far as contacting the warehouse themselves and because of the pressure they put on the warehouse to find it, my package was found, scanned, and it is on its way to me!! I cannot thank him enough from saving me the hassle of having to reorder my item and file a claim. You would NEVER get this type of service from USPS and not even from the UPS stores in my area. He didn't have to do all that... that's how I know he truly cares about his customers and takes his job seriously & that's not a common trait with folks working this type of position. 10/10, give...
