If I could give zero stars I would. Very disappointed in the staff and management. We called on a Thursday evening for delivery and were told our order would be delivered in 45-50 minutes. An hour and 20 min we called and were told our order would be here in 10 min (no apology or anything). We call a third time and then were advised they were busy and the lady hung the phone up on us. My husband then called and asked to speak to a manager. The lady said she would transfer him then hung up. When he called back it was a different lady who rudely told him the manager wasn’t working today and she would not transfer him. She also said they were busy and there was nothing they could do about our order being two hours late at this point. We insisted the manager call us back and when he finally did he did apologize for the rude behavior of the staff and said if we ordered next time he would throw in a free “fried rice.” I told him that wasn’t acceptable given that we were on the phone with him two hours after we placed our order and the food still wasn’t there and he said it was the best he could do and hung up. When we finally got our food it obviously wasn’t warm, we were missing an egg roll and the soda we paid for was the wrong soda. I don’t usually write reviews or speak to managers but the lady was so rude and the manager truly did nothing to try remedy the situation. Mind you this was a $40 order for two dinner...

There was a person inside why ignored several requests to open door. After I finally entered. Went to the counter to order food. The Two that responded spoke poor English. I asked the cook for specific containers He told me I couldn't have what I requested. Specifically! I wanted containers that would be easily recycled. He told my no. I asked for a large amount of Rice, as I ordered 2-large meals. To say the least he was not courteous at all. Not nasty, but somewhat rude. He violated 2 business rules as to my being served. 1) The customer is always right, and 2) If the customer is ever wrong go back to rule 1. Didn't give sufficient condiments: Soy Sauce, and Duck Sauce. I went home, and ate. Food was a bit on the slimy, and otherwise poor in quality. The next day I went to have the remainder of the food. It tasted even worse, and looked bad also. I destroyed the remainder of the 2 meals. The Rice was OK, so I made a bit of a cereal adding Honey, and Whole Milk. Read moreI am not the type of person writing a review after visiting a restaurant. But I cannot help see others' opinion since I was soooo badly treated by the rude and crazy lady today. It is the worse experience I have ever had in my life!! Hooray!! While, at the beginning, she was not happy I talked to her in Mandarin at the beginning and pretended not understand me. (Don't ask me why I know that. She glanced at me in an eye of understanding my words when I talked to my son ). OK, never mind. Let's speak English. She was angry I called "fried rice" but not " pork fried rice" . Is this a issue seriously? She even didm't bother to squeeze a smile during the whole process, like I owe her a thousand bucks.
