My Salad-Lyndhurst — Restaurant in Lyndhurst

**Edit: Since my last review I have placed two orders and both were correctly made. The manager took the issue seriously and they have improved their online service.

The food here is delicious BUT if you order anything online with modifications there is a 99.99% chance that they will just ignore it.

I have ordered wraps here and selected no cheese because Im lactose intolerant and yet there is ALWAYS cheese added in. The other day I ordered a Make Your Own Wrap and instead they gave me a salad!!!!

Instead of offering me the salad for free and making the wrap I ordered the employee offered me soup. Ma’am its 90 degrees outside no one wants soup. Oh and they shoved the salad in a wrap and gave it back to me - mind you kept the extras that didnt fit for themselves as a snack. I saw them put it in a container and away to the side.

The people in charge of online orders are either illiterate or just don’t care which is sad because the food tastes so good.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting "My Salad" while traveling through New Jersey, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The Food & Drinks were absolutely delightful—truly worth the two-hours of commute. During my brief stay in the area, I found myself returning to try additional items from your menu, each one surpassing my expectations.

What truly elevated my experience, however, was the warmth and professionalism of your staff. I had the privilege of being assisted by Catena, whom I believe is a manager at this location. Her genuine kindness, coupled with her welcoming smile, made my visit all the more memorable.

I will undoubtedly make this restaurant a staple destination on every future trip to New Jersey. Thank you for providing such a wonderful dining experience, and I sincerely hope that Catena's dedication and outstanding contributions are recognized and appropriately rewarded, along with the hard work of all the other employees who contribute to making each visit a...

I have been looking for a salad please for a very long time I used to go to one up in saddle Brook where I used to work and I loved it but I have not been able to find one up until now I never put a review on Google unless I absolutely agree with the place or disagree with the place this place is awesome The quality of food you get the quality of service you get all hands down perfect My friend and I went yesterday she got a cob salad and I got there my Lyndhurst salad oh my God both salads with awesome and the amount of salad you got was well worth the price you pay she also got some kind of drink I forgot what's drinking was but it was awesome as well if you're ever in Lyndhurst please check these people out they've only been there a month but the place is clean the staff is awesome friendly I recommend it 100%, please check them out and to the staff at this location in Lyndhurst thank you for an awesome salad and I will be back not just for the salad but also for your awesome atmosphere and your...
