I had the worst experience in this store ever. I bought two suitcases in this store and when I brought them home one of the suitcases was damaged , discolored and had many stains. I brought it back to return however I was told I can’t return but can get the store credit only. I was surprised by this fact because I never knew in America there are stores you can’t return damaged product, that was a big surprise for me. I didn’t want to get a store credit because I almost never shop in this store, especially few times I shopped there I didn’t have good impression. Also I need suitcase anyways and I needed those money to buy one again, but not from this store, sorry. Well, I asked for store manager and the representative called the manager but didn’t ask him to come to speak with the customer , means me, but rep said the manager only can give store credit . It made me unhappy of course but I accepted this fact . However them I was about to leave the store I realized the store manager was there in the scene observing all conversation from the side without making an afford to speak with me . I confronted him and all he did started literally to dance said to me “just leave.” That was most disrespectful moment and most awful management I have ver had in my life .

I went to buy a trimming and after I agreed I realized that they had not put the guarantee on me. I returned before paying and explained to him and he told me that he could not put it on paper, I would complain because if so I can claim in case it is broken or it comes with defects because I understand that all the details must be stipulated in the purchase contract, he tells me that he cannot and he gets angry in a very arrogant way and another employee stands up and disrespects my wife, throwing us out of the store in a very unethical way they are arrogant and as clients they lost my family I do not recommend them they should change the staff I felt intimidated by them I thought they wanted to hit us for canceling the order for not agreeing with their guarantee And so that you can see, they wanted to sell me the cheaper weights separately and more expensive together, I asked him and he got angry, what is my fault with him? ‼️PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE‼️ This location is horrible, terrible customer service and their products come damaged. I purchased a bed frame from this location and paid for shipping and assembly. They arrived without prior notice at 2:30pm. Let's not say we agreed on a time between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. I was at work and no one was home and the guy responded “that it's none of my business”. When they assembled the bed they bought the wrong pieces and half of it was missing. I kept calling them to get a response and they told me I had to wait one more day. I went to the store in person and they just ignored what I said and kept rolling their eyes at me. And kept receiving a nasty attitude. When I was trying to show the guy the part of the bed I was missing, he told me not to touch his inventory because he didn't know what germs I have on me. I wasn't asking for anything for free I was paying for what I was purchasing. Once I got all the pieces everything was messed up and damaged. That's I didn't enjoy the treatment I received.
