Staffing issues and a few miserable employees, plus parking availability being iffy. Not one of my favorite locations for this coffeehouse chain. There's a reason I refer to this location as Ghettobucks. Definitely not a reliable place to meet up with someone for business or pleasure. However if you want Starbucks via the drive up its not too bad. Its predominantly drive up

Update.. its gotten better since the last time I went here... Still not much parking, but can't really fix it.. Been a changeover in staff a few times. Coffee was good, though I do think the barista/cashier was a little inexperienced but overall a much more pleasant experience than in the past... Still not a great place to try to meet someone if they have a vehicle... Another update: one problem with this sb location is roughly half the parking lot gets flooded in the rain. Love to see them fix the drainage problem. Have soaked my shoes a few times trying to skirt around the water to get into car and it’s deeper...

We always visit the Starbucks on Lynn Way, and every time we come in, we are greeted with the warmest welcome. Most of the time, we order café lattes, white mochas, or hot coffee, and no matter how busy it is, the service is always fast and friendly. The barista who helps us stands out so much—she is incredibly kind, professional, and hardworking.

She always makes us feel at home with her genuine smile and friendly “hi.” You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. It’s rare to find someone who can balance speed and quality while also spreading such positive energy. She is one of the nicest and most hardworking people I have met, and her attitude makes every visit to Starbucks a happy experience.

Just today I spent just over $75 at this location. one of the orders was for 5 caramel crunch Frappuccino, I placed the order today just before 5pm. the 5 drinks came without any flavor, so much so that I decided to return to ask to replace them, my surprise when they attended me very rude and reluctantly, well I thanked them for making me new drinks and my surprise that the new drinks came exactly the same as the ones I had previously returned, I know how that drink tastes, I request it very often, I mean I know the flavor of that drink very well, obviously the person who made it did not follow the recipe correctly or they did not have the necessary ingredients, but it seemed to me that you should know, since the drinks end up...
