Called the shop after spotting the window display while in traffic. They have large red letters spelling “L-O-V-E” trimmed with flowers hanging. I thought it was beautiful and have a baby shower coming up so I wanted to see how much it would be to spell out “Baby”. The man said it was only a display however if I wanted to have it done it would be $250 a letter. So I asked how much it would be to have them done a smaller size. I personally thought the letters were too big anyway and I was not going to pay $1,000 for four letters with a flower outline. I got one big annoyed sigh and a “you’re going to have to call back after the holiday, bye”. How about I’m not going to call you at all. You’re rude. And now you’re out of an order and some new customers I would have recommended.
Update: I don’t see how your history of experience, the time of year, or type of floral arrangement (that the male said could be done, display or not) correlates to the less than satisfactory experience I had on the phone. It takes very little to be courteous, communicate, and be KIND. Doesn’t matter how long you’ve been doing this, your clientele, the time of year, or arrangement type. I stand...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would! I’ve used them before and didn’t have an issue, but maybe it’s because I didn’t ask for a picture of the arrangement in the past. Yesterday I placed an order to be delivered same day, and also opted to not get a picture of the arrangement but this morning I get a picture of the arrangement I ordered and it looked nothing like the arrangement online. They filled it with baby’s breath which was not even in the online picture. I called and spoke to a female who told me that the online picture is photoshopped and isn’t going to look like the real arrangement. So why use that picture online? Then she proceeds to tell me that it’s on the truck for delivery right now. So apparently they never delivered it yesterday like I called first thing in the morning and asked. And then she tells me we are going in circles about the issue. The issue is that what I ordered is not what I received or paid for. I opted to cancel my order all together and go with another florist. Terrible...
