Farmers Furniture on Mercer, I will never purchase another item from this place. I purchased a lot from this store and they're very nice when you're spending money. I purchased a fireplace console from them, and they told me they would have to order it, but I received the one from display it didn't work and was discontinued. The manager offered to replace it with another one a totally different one and again there was a problem. The console was scratched up, dusty, and the door was damaged looked as it was used. I informed the delivery guy that I didn't want the item. He was trying to convince me that it was just put together. Again, I asked him to remove it and stated that it was my money that purchased it and I wasn't pleased. He stated that he's not going to remove it, and he told the second delivery guy to come on because he didn't have time for this sh-t. He walked out the door, closed it and turned around, and reopened my door repeated himself. He was very rude and disrespectful. I then called the manager, and he literally acted as if I was lying, so I told my husband to go to the store. He was already on the phone and heard the conversation and was very upset. He stated to my husband about what the delivery guys had said as if they wouldn't lie for each other. But I had proof, so I emailed the pictures and videos to the manager. You would be better off getting used furniture from Facebook Marketplace. I was so excited to have new furniture for the first time in over a decade. I clearly closed the wrong furniture store. The staples came out of the fabric which created a hazard for my baby. The backs of the sofas don't set right or lock into place (they delivered and put it together). And a part is broken in the center back support, so no one can sit there. I'm going on NINE MONTHS of being told they ordered a part and are still waiting on it, which has nothing to do with two of the three issues. Not to mention, all the signs say zero percent financing, but my financing includes the cost of a third sofa I didn't purchase (I bought two $800 sofas and am paying almost $2,400 for them), and they refuse to send statements or...

First-time furniture shopping and the crew at Farmers made it amazing. I went there during their Black Friday event, with the slightest clue of what I wanted. Yet the sales woman just flowed with me, she didn't try to force me to buy anything. Once I found what I liked, I went to other furniture stores to compare quality and prices. Farmers held the furniture I liked for me at the sale price, even though I went shopping around and the sale had ended. The quality of the furniture was A-1.
