Checkers — Restaurant in Macon

I was totally disappointed with my order. I ordered the FRY LOVER'S XL. It was anything but an XL. Not to mention it was not in the container pictured on the menu marquee. It was in a large drink cup. Had it been a soda perhaps it would have been filled to the lid with soda and plenty of ice. It would have been full though. I'd have been better off ordering a large fry and enjoying the fries that spilled out into the bag. This bag was void of those few extra fries though. For $5.61 I was very disappointed! I asked the young man if Indeed this was the FRY LOVER'S XL and he replied yes. I asked why was it in a large soda cup and he replied: That's the way they are instructed to serve em. My final question was: What happened to the fries? He gave me an awkward look and smile. Then a shoulder shrug and reiterated that that's the way they are instructed to serve em! I would imagine the young lady standing with him may have been the on duty manager. If so, I should have known something wasn't right the way she rolled the bag closed prior to passing it to me. I'm not much of a fast food eater. As much as I love potatoes. Specifically French fries. I would definitely not recommend the FRY LOVER'S XL. It comes up...

Uninformed about prices and unwilling to check that goes for employees and management along with being rude. Argumentative with another customer that had a doordash unwilling to give his food without confirmation when he had never had an issue before. Wouldn't let him check the food and began an argument with him. Seems as though they like to treat there guests like thieves. As well as getting loud and causing a scene. And after a long time of trying to get information about my order when it came out it was still wrong. I guess the policy there is being disrespectful and rude to their guests. And I guess management finds it funny absolutely ratchet. And don't try to call about your wrong order if you don't get it fixed while you're there with the rude people you'll never get them on the phone I would give them absolutely zero Stars if possible. This is the slowest checkers I have ever encountered! I have waited in the drive thru over 15 minutes many times. Then they just hand you the food without even saying thank you for waiting. More than once while I was waiting at the window I could see employees just standing around looking at each other while I waited over 15 minutes at the window for just 2 burgers! Cars on other side came and went yet I just sat there. Cars behind me were blowing their horns. Once you order you are stuck in line because you are totally blocked in. I've had to cut my vehicle off while stuck because it started to overheat. From now on I will drive an extra 3 miles to the checkers on pio nono where they are fast and very courteous.
