Macon Little Theatre — Attraction in Macon

Excellent place to take people in groups. The shows are definitely "spectacles" (the props, costumes, and movement are awesome), and the intermissions frequently accompany coffee and tea in tasteful, beautiful china. I heard the bathrooms had a bad mold problem, but that was years ago, so I would not be surprised if that problem cleared up by now. My main concern is even though the shows are "spectacles," the quality of the acting and music is only so-so from everything I've seen. If you want to go for the sake of just going to a big event, this is the place for you. If you're more critical regarding the artistic side of things, you may want to consider other venues. Tonight was my first time visiting the ‘Macon Little Theatre’ as I refused to miss their production of ‘Into The Woods.’ The show was phenomenal with lots of talent on the stage as well as below the the stage (the band). Purchasing the tickets online was hassle free and parking was a breeze! The theatre was nice and cozy and the staff were pleasant and greeted each guest upon entry! I went here for the 1st time - December 2024. I saw Anastasia. The place is easy to find. Free parking next to the theater. Everyone was nice that greeted me and they have attendants to seat you.
