Cute store, but I doubt if I'll ever go back. When I walked in, I was greeted by 1 of maybe 4 employees. There were two ladies standing by the door talking, I thought they were both customers because no one spoke, but later found out that one was an employee because right after I walked in, two other ladies walked in & she immediately greeted them. I looked around & still no one asked if they could help me with anything. After that, I started to leave but I had found what I was really looking for. I found the shoe I was looking for and waited for someone at the counter to help me while other customers walked in front of me. The lady that was originally at the door talking saw me waiting & didn't even bother to ask if I needed anything but proceeded to help the other ladies that came in after me. The Invisible Woman I wanted to leave a 'no star' review, but had to leave a 1 star review to get the 'Post' option. I have been to the store a few times and have never been acknowledged. Like the other reviewer said, the employees on the floor were chatting with 'real customers.' The cashier got the shoes I wanted to try, albeit begrudgingly. I can buy shoes online at better prices and when I have to speak with customer service, they at least act like they appreciate my patronage. I guess the owner doesn't condone the employees 'couldn't be bothered' attitude. However, it is comical that minimum wage employees that SELL shoes...

First time visiting and they have some Really cute and different shoes! Love the boots I purchased and can’t wait to wear them, but I would have to agree with the 2 comments regarding being invisible. There was a very weird vibe of not being truly welcomed. I would definitely correct this. It’s 2020 and you will miss out on a lot of business because of this. Or maybe it was just a very bad customer service day. Not sure.
