Best dog park ever! Open green areas, wooded trails, water access, and no leash = my dog's idea of a great time. I've taken my dog to several of the off leash parks, and this one is for sure his favorite so far. Warner Dog Park offers a variety of stimuli for your doggo beyond other dogs. Lake shore is very shallow in most areas, so less worry about your dog getting in over its head. Park has lots of short walking trails that take you in and out of wooded areas with beautiful scenery. I've seen loads of ducks on the lake, heard cranes above, and an exchange between dog owners about colonoscopies. My dog gets pretty dirty after playing at Warner, but it is worth it to let my dog feel wild and primal. Bonus: the dog owners at this park seem a little more chill than some of the...

Unaware I was near dog park. Daughter & granddaughter & I walked trails thru old growth woods at Warner Park. Some really large and thick trees, and wonderful to see Spring ephemeral plants: trillium, trout lilies, Jack in the pulpit, yellow violets, wild geranium, bloodroot. Chokecherry blooming, I'd already been out twice this week to pull garlic mustard. Come on out pull some garlic mustard and take in the natural beauty of...

Great park for nature time. My dog loves wading in the pond, and I love that they updated the fence. It's worth knowing that if your dog is an escape artist they can run away on the edges of the water or when the water freezes, but otherwise it's a great size. They have two entrances and a small dog area. There are usually dogs to play with. There's a lot to...

We live on the west side and are willing to make the drive to Warner. It has shaded places/tables to sit, open field, wooded paths and water to explore. These photos are from our first visit when our pup FINALLY learned to enjoy water. He’d actively avoid it until he saw other dogs playing in it here. Friendly people & pups.

This is one of my favorite off leash dog parks in Dane County. The Northside is great - there's clean water for all the doggie paddles, wooded and sunny trail areas and nesting Eagles this year (lots of water birds in general as well). My dogo's & I love this place! Still one of our favorite!
