So I order from Subway at least once a month and usually I go to a specific on on high point on the west side because the owner of that one is AMAZING! But I was on the north side today so I went to the Sherman ave one. I have gone here quite a few times and it’s usually always good! Today thought I placed my normal mobile order. I went in and there was a long line and I didn’t have to wait. I went by the register and they moment the workers noticed me they asked if I had a mobile order and the name. I gave it to them and I was good to go!! That is UNTIL I got home and my husband opened up his sub. He gets the steak and cheese with lettuce, onions, and Baja chipotle sauce. Today when he opened it the whole sandwich was COVERED in sauce! It was oozing out as you can see in the picture. The whole sandwich is a pink color and there was Baja chipotle sauce gooped on the white paper cause it came out do the sandwich. I double checked, I did NOT say extra on anything including the sauce. But there is NO WAY this is the normal amount of sauce. I worked at Subway for 2 years, I know the normal portion size for sauce and this was WAY OVER that! I went on the app to try and fill out a survey or get in touch with someone and it’s impossible! Even their “contact us” sections doesn’t have a way to contact anyone! It’s just a list of FAQ’s!!! And there is no survey or anything! I found a Reddit page actually devoted to how hard it is to send feedback for Subway! Most people say the company just doesn’t care about anything! I sure hope that’s NOT true!! But anyway this is the ONLY way for me to give feedback! I would really appreciate a message or something from this locations owner/manager! I don’t complain normally, I have worked in the service industry for over 25 years. I was a trainer at EVERY job I have had in the service industry and a Manager at every job the last 15 years. Read moreLast night (5/4/24) my roommates and I ordered online and picked up the subs. When we got home and checked them, none were made correctly at all. The philly was missing the peppers and onions; I asked for pickles and spinach and mayo on my Chicken Bacon Ranch, had hardly any pickles (like 3 or 4), no spinach and no mayo; we asked for extra tomatoes and mayo on the club and cucumbers and got only like 4 tomatoes and like 3 cucumbers and at least half of the sandwich had no mayo. I called this morning and spoke to the manager and she said she would review the video and call me back. I called again this afternoon (5/5/24 at about 2:15 pm) and spoke to the shift lead and he accused me of scamming them. I snapped and told him that I only complain if something isn't right. I will never order online from Subway again!!! If I want it done right, I have to go to the store.

Initially i watched him put tomatoes and pickles on my sandwich but i assumed that sandwich was for a different customer cause he acted like he didn’t hear me when i said there wasn’t any tomatoes or pickles on my order. when he told me my order was ready i asked him if he could take the tomatoes and pickles off. he asked if i wanted a new sandwich but i told him that it was okay and to just take the tomatoes off. obviously i didn’t know he didn’t toast or put any cheese on either of my sandwiches. i was patient, respectful, and i even tipped and he still refused to remake my sandwiches when i came back and told him there wasn’t any cheese on them. but gave another customer who’s card declined multiple times a free sandwich. don’t order pickup or delivery. he also took my order ticket out of the garbage to confirm that...
