This location is not great to say the least. I ordered through the mobil app for pick up, a pizza and pasta. I waited in total an hour. For a pizza and pasta? The manager came out eventually with my food and gave my account a 15$ credit. A few weeks later I ordered again for delivery, it took three calls just to get someone on. I was put on home twice, the first tine for over ten minutes, the second time for 5. I explained that my account had a credit, they had to get the manager on. With no explanation of why he was being put on the phone, I had to explain the situation again, he took my order while being extremely short. Mind you they never confirmed my address, or any of my information at this point. After and hour of waiting I called, it rang for almost a minute. When an employee answered the phone “uhh, my driver just got back. Uhm, what’s your address?” I gave him my address he thanks me and said goodbye. About 5 minutes later we receive our food, the delivery driver said nothing about the wait, handed me the saddest excuse for food I’ve ever received, the boxes were wet from how long they had been inside the hot bag, and the wings I had ordered were smashed. This whole situation was handled extremely poorly, and not a single employee acknowledged the fact that we had not only waited so long, but received come food. I don’t normally stress over situations like this because mistakes happen, but for them to ignore it all as if it’s the normal is extremely poor service. Will not be ordering from this...
Read moreTonight I tried to use the “Hut Lane” and one of the ladies told me it would be 5 mins and to go wait in the front for my order and they would bring it out. I told her please don’t forget about me, last time I was waiting out in the front for almost 30 extra mins bc you guys forgot about bringing it out. And now it happened again today. And I was late getting to work. And when I came back to the hut lane a different girl comes to the window and when I asked why they didn’t bring it out to the front like they told me she said that the other girl never told her to bring it to the front then when I tried to explain this has happened on multiple occasions the girl slams the window on me. Very rude and unprofessional. No discount added and I spend a lot of money here because of how expensive food is right now and a pizza is fast cheap and easy but now I will not be coming back. Read more6/17/2023 I ordered a variety of chicken wings to be picked up via the drive through. The order was ready when promised AND the server put labels on EACH container!! I'm so excited because, even though the labels are there, the workers rarely use them. This visit brought them up to 5 stars!
Our order was ready quicker than promised and they brought our order out to our car. I couldn't give 5 stars because they forgot part of our order.
12/19/2022 I thought I could leave a separate review for a separate visit but . . . This latest visit, the male employee didn't acknowledge my arrival, so after watching and waiting to make eye contact, I hit the bell. I received what appeared to be an irritated index finger, indicating me to wait.
