Lovely weather always helps but I love this festival. Small town but international appeal with regard to the boats. Huge attention to activities for children, gorgeous boats and great vendors in case not everyone is enamored by the boats. So...

Clogs up the road for miles for us who live in this area. It's terrible. It's bad enough with the stupid bridge but adding a ridiculous boat festival for such a tiny area is really not...
