Absolutely junk place. We rented the screen for 2 days and gave them out hard disk much earlier and they told us that they downloaded our movie on their system. First day the people watched the movie without any issue. The second day we got more than 100 people to watch the movie. It was 7:45pm to be start. When are all people seated in the room, Zahra the lady who is the manager, she told me that someone from their team (IT guy) deleted our movie accidentally. That she knew when our people seated in the room which is after 8pm. They even didn’t check the movies and their system before the movie starts. She is yelled to someone who is her employee or IT guy, I don’t know and I don’t care. Finally our people Waited 80 minutes without watching anything. The most of the people were mad at us and they think it’s our issue. It was their (Cine lounge) issue. And a lot of people get the money back and they were so mad for us. I was mad to Zahra, because she was the manager. After all that she told me that she needs to download our movie again and asked me to give her our hard disk. And she didn’t apologize and she doesn’t know how she run the business and manage it.

Absolutely junk place!!!! And asked me to pay fully even our people went back to home without watching the movie. She charged me $500 deposit per room and got $1000. Upcharging T-mobile Tuesday tickets after the atom app defaults to child ticket at $5 anyways. Which means T-mobile is going pay them for the original purchase and then charging me basically another ticket. That’s very scamish.

Other than that, the seats are Temu quality and the screen is incredibly small. Sound quality is also trash from the moment it went on. It’s either too loud or too quiet on every other ad. If I could give this a negative star review I would gladly do so. Will never come back here again.

Edit* 10/23/24 Takes them over six months to review and brushes it off as "you have us confused." Yet the gentlemen at the counter knew exactly what happened in the app and needed our family to purchase more tickets? Before I finished talking the gentlemen behind the counter knew what app I used to pay for my ticket and how it happened, but you all are claiming your theatre isn't associated with any promotions to T-Mobile? Lol right. Give me a break. On top of that, didn't offer to honor the tickets that were paid or provide logistics, but rather no refund and leave or pay more and see the movie as intended.
