Total bummer ! I was lobbying to legalize Marijuana since before anyone who "helped" me here. This was my FIRST dispensary experience so kind of a big deal for me. This place RUINED what was supposed to be a big deal for me and made me DOUBT legal recreation sales. I explained it was my first time in a dispensary and was told it was my lucky day because it was by 10 prerolls for 60 bucks I said ok ! I picked out the 10 I wanted from the list provided, also on the list next to the product were the THC and TAC so that is how I chose, using the list and info that was on the counter provided by the staff. Well when I got home and lit one it smelled and tasted like mildew so I started looking at all the labels. 1/3 of them have 0% THC and these labels look suspect! Not ONE has what the list provided by staff said there is. I went back today to explain I was given the wrong items and I explained my concerns about the labels and the mildew taste. I was told "what do you want me to do about it" I said I'm not sure it's my first time. Just clarification maybe... I was told "scan the QR code and it will break it all down for you. I explained I spent an hour doing just that last night and Maybelline products came up. To that I was told "that isn't true" buy it is true. I told them I wouldn't intentionally purchase a preroll with 0% THC and I was given another version of every other answer I was given and that was NOT OUR PROBLEM. So now I'm getting annoyed !! I say, OK well what about the fact that at least THE ONE I opened and started smoking was moldy. To that I was told it is legal to sell moldy weed. Is that true ?? So last thing I said was, well now I have 10 poorly/mislabeled prerolls that I know at least some are moldy and some have ZERO THC, like what do I do with these ? To which the man answered "give them away" meanwhile this man had his name tag turned backwards so I could not see it. So this place was an EPIC FAIL imo on both customer service / hospitality AND on product/product knowledge. So VERY RUDE person who DID NOTHING to help me today. I will take yoy up on your suggestion and give these prerolls away. I am sending them ALL to the cannabis control commissions inspections department first thing Friday morning. I would do it sooner but I have to send an detailed email with pics of labels and they are sending me a pre-paid box of some kind they use to legally mail Marijuana. So I say...

I’m glad other folks love this place. I haven’t had the same kind of 5 star experience myself. Don’t get me wrong, they have quality product, and most of the staff I’ve interacted with have been really nice. Nice, but not especially helpful. It would seem I’m an oddball, seeking small portioned pre-rolls and low dose edibles. The first time or two I went, this dispensary had both. But each subsequent visit I found less and less product that matched my needs. Asking staff about if and when they might get restocked on those items (or similar) was fruitless. I remember one time I asked if they carried or would ever carry prerolls that were similar size to DogWalkers brand (0.35g). The guy said they got something that size in once and they sold out fast! But when asked if they would get them in again he just said he didn’t know, and didn’t try to find out. If they sold so fast, wouldn’t that suggest you should carry them more?? More recently I asked about a brand of edibles that comes in 1mg doses, one they’ve carried before. He just said he was “too low on the totem pole to know” and seemed annoyed when I asked him if he could put me in contact with someone who did know. He suggested Joybombs, which I like, but affect me very strongly, even at only 2.5mg. The 1mg are perfect for a light micro dose on a stressful day. But I can’t get them there anymore.

Although I will say one thing I'm not happy with is when I'm doing a pre order and I see a picture of one thing but after I pick up it's something different. I.E I got a cart today but when I left I opened and realized I purchased a pod instead so I was confused I went back to the website to make sure I wasn't loosing my mind and sure enough the picture shows a cart not a pod now in their defense it does say pod but the picture shows a cart. Now it's my fault for not reading but at the same time when I see a picture of a cart as the products image I'm assuming it's a cart not a pod. A similar situation happened awhile back with the pre rolls instead of a cone that was the image on the website I got a cigarette looking joint that burned worse than a rookie rolled blunt.
