Lake Mamie — Attraction in Mammoth Lakes

One of my favorite places to fish for trout and fish with the local black bears along the shoreline..... And please don't feed the bears or try and get close to take selfies or pictures like your at the zoo..... They are wild animals that are also apex predators at the top of the food chain!! Please pack out what you pack in and if you remove the fishing line on your reel please use the fishing line trash container located next to the bridge parking and bus stop! And close the trash bins making sure they latch closed so the bears don't get in them making a mess and also so they don't eat plastic bags and other items that can hurt them..... If you see trash even if it's not yours pick...
