First off, despite the word "falls" being in the name, you're not looking at a waterfall. You're at the top of a 250' one. Looking down from the overlook is Twin Lakes and you'll notice two bridges going across it. The vantage point gives a great view and the bridges sure made me want to go down and see the view from there. As such, from here, I highly suggest driving down to the Twin Lakes Campground where you'll find a bridge you can walk onto for a great view of the waterfall coming down into the lake.
