After waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time, I finally asked one of the two gentlemen working on another customer’s laptop if someone was going to help me. One of the two gentlemen asked what I needed help with. I explained That my desktop pc wouldn’t start. The technician wasn’t able to start it either. Before I could ask about repairs, they asked me if I had a membership+ as they only service customers who have membership+ at cost of $180. I said no thank you and left. I then “chatted” With customer service on the main geek squad/Best Buy website and was told geek squad does not require a membership+.
