We recently ordered a custom suit online, and honestly, we were a bit nervous at first—but we had heard a lot of great things about their suits and custom tailoring. Thankfully, our experience turned out to be incredible from start to finish.

Hassan was so respectful, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He guided us through taking measurements, choosing the right fabric, and even gave honest feedback to make sure my husband got exactly what he needed.

What really stood out was how smooth and stress-free everything felt, even though it was an online order. Communication was quick and clear, and we felt like we were in great hands the whole time. The suit arrived beautifully packaged, and you could tell it was shipped with care. The fit was spot-on, and the quality exceeded our expectations.

My son waited until the Monday before his Prom on Friday to go pick out his tux. Hassan was very quick in helping us, and so patient with my son. Hassan worked with my son to quickly find something that really made him happy (my son and had a strong vision of what he did and did not want) and he worked to pull together an outfit that is going to be perfect! We did require alterations, and I am hopeful that we will be satisfied with them. Hassan also put together a package price for all the items we purchased. As we walked out of the mall, I looked at my son and said “Best transaction I’ve had at the mall in a very long time!” I will say it was more expensive then I would’ve liked, but the variety and choices coupled with the excellent customer service we received were top notch! I had a bad experience here, I went to get a suit from Enzo Clothiers. When I get there after about 3-5 mins of looking around someone comes up to me and helps me. He is helping me try on jackets in my size. After about the 6th jacket I tried on , finally!!! He got it right but too slow. 1. I asked how much, and the salesperson looks at the price tag and rips it off the sleeve. I said how much. He starts to walk away and again I asked how much. He said the price is wrong... it says 199.00 but it’s a 700 dollar suit and I can’t sell it for that. So he wrote with a sharpie over the price tag and put 349.00 and that’s what I had to pay.
