EA Teriyaki — Restaurant in Manchester

Ordered through DoorDash, first they don’t allow you to request chicken and beef only chicken and shrimp. Secondly, they don’t let you get fried rice, only white rice which is usually mushy and wet. Third, they don’t even let you put notes in incase you need to sub something which they can easily do. Lastly, called them multiple times, even had DoorDash call them and they do not pick up their phones. You couldn’t even contact them to inform them somebody has a seafood allergy as to make sure they don’t scoop up the beef or chicken with the same spatula they use for the shrimp. I attempted to pick up my order that I placed on the website. It was obvious that neither person behind the counter spoke English as they attempted to sell me a fountain soda when I said I was here to pick up an online order. Another customer came up to complain that her food fell on the ground because it was packaged poorly and they made her a new order with the wrong protein (she repeatedly said it was not chicken but he kept nodding but continued using chicken) then packaged it the same (dumping food on top and stuffing it closed). This used to be one of my favorite spots for quick food, but it seems like the teriyaki recipe has been changed. Ordered 2 months ago and the sauce tasted like warm water. No teriyaki or any other flavor at all. I gave it another try today, and it was the same. I threw most of it away.
