Taco Bell — Restaurant in Manchester

Worst experience ever. I ordered for 1 cheese quesadilla and a taco. She decided to make it 2, when I asked why the bill is 8 something, rather than clarifying she was blabbering “insert chip”, “insert chip”.. I was wondering the prices went so high or what and was still inquiring while processing .. the other employee also heard one quesadilla and made only one. I asked her to refund, to which she made me wait for 10mins and says she can’t and said she repeated the order. Liar! And there is no way to refund it seems.. so l I said atleast give me the other quesadilla which I paid for.. she was giving orders to other customers who came after me and made me wait another 10mins.. she was like she is making orders for others.. disgusting!!! I never had so bad experience in any restaurant!! Why can’t they refund when they did not even make the order//???? I wouldn’t have even asked in the first she really misheard and was making 2 . Taco Bell in Manchester, Connecticut, always delivers a great experience! The food is consistently fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. The drive-thru is quick and efficient, and the staff is friendly and polite every time I stop by. It’s clear they take pride in providing fast service without sacrificing quality.
