I had the best yin class yet tonight! The music was phenomenal and the teacher Amanda was so encouraging and uplifting! She met everyone right where they were and allowed you to have your own experience. The bowls are always my favorite part of the Friday night class, haven’t missed one since I joined! But tonight was different! The entire studio has a great welcoming vibe! I haven’t practiced in five years and have had two babies since, talk about out of shape!
