My partner and I had a bad experience with our purchase after being misinformed by staff of what we were purchasing. I reached out via email a few weeks ago but didn't hear back so I'm leaving a review in hopes that others don't have the experience we had. Dropping the email I sent down below with details:

Unfortunately I’m reaching out to complain about the service we received yesterday.

My partner and I stopped in after reading all of your positive reviews and asked for hybrid edibles from the display, the person at the counter explained that we had to pick something from the iPad so we told them we wanted a 1:1 CBD/THC edible. They helped us sort the iPad and we picked the peach mango Hedy Edibles. My partner asked “are they 1:1?” And the person helping us looked at their own screen and said “ummmm I believe so, yes.” Because they sounded a little unsure my partner followed up with “so they’re 5mg of THC and 5mg CBD and each is 10mg total?” The person repeated back exactly what my partner had just said and told us we were correct.

Everyone was super friendly and we left happy with the service/experience but after taking the edibles later that night it became very clear that they were mainly THC. This may have been fine if we took edibles often but we don’t and we both had horrible highs, extreme panic attacks, and my partner got violently sick.

I totally understand that not everyone will know each product by heart, but when we specifically asked about the breakdown of the edibles, we trusted that the person selling them to us would actually look it up and give us a correct answer. We assumed there’d be a level of professionalism and helpfulness from your establishment, especially from a person selling us drugs with both physical and mental effects and there simply was not.

On top of that, we have no interest in a product that is mainly THC so even though we can take a smaller dose next time, we now have to purchase additional products with CBD to have what we wanted.

The location is convenient and they have a decent selection to choose from. The budtender was on the phone the whole time we were at the counter and made it feel like we were intruding on her conversation. We were asking a few questions and she was answering in between her personal phone conversation. Was rude and short. Considering that you have another dispensary with similar selection half a block away you’d think they’d prioritize customer service a bit more. She handed me my 1/8 in an unsealed container with no bag, I opened it to smell the flower and she shouted at me that I cannot open the container and went on about how it was illegal, I had to leave immediately and asked if I was from NJ. It was my first time there, I didn’t know the rules nor were they explained plus if the product were in a bag and she were paying attention, it wouldn’t have happened. Can I just say, this is not a "dispensary" it is beautiful, welcoming, "Boutique", or a turn of the century "Salon". Jill and her team are very welcoming, educated, and friendly. Seriously, when I was there, I was a person, with a story. Great vibes. Behind the magic door, there is a kiosk to order, an ATM tucked away for privacy, along with a counter and beautiful, comfortable seating area. Their displays are beautifully highlighted and not overwhelming. The attention to detail is noted.

There is a great selection of products with something for everyone. Prices are on point. They offer curbside pick up and delivery, which to me is a game changer. Oh!!! and omg they offer gift wrapping - how cool is that. LOL it was a first for me.
