Gabe Was SO respectful, there is a wonderful line between "selling" and "assisting a purchase' I recommends reservations too but I didn't have one and they still spent at least 45 minutes with me. they showed me all the different keyboards, explained why different computers cost so much more, and I learned so much about computers and other devices! they worked hard to resolve my insurance issue LOL my other laptop got a little "rusty" BEST BUY IS KNOWN FOR BEING A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT I WOULD PAY EXTRA ANY DAY BECAUSE YOU'VE GOT THE GEEK SQUAD AND OTHER SMART EPHESIANS SALES PEOPLE AND SO MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF INSURANCE AND DEVICES IT'S INSANE!!! Best buy is now the place I go when I need anything that plugs in or connects to wi-fi, prints out or otherwise streams LOL as far as mobility goes they have a little waiting area at The geek squad with chairs (and also they follow the separation little floor stickers 6 ft apart) the restroom is spotless and easily accessible for mobility impairment and they have great parking spots right near the front door!!! I guarantee you though if you needed assistance with mobility they would be right there to come up with a solution for you!!!❤️. I'd write more but then I would probably be the poster child for that store I was dreading coming here because I really don't know what I'm talking about but that's what makes them so great, spending a few extra dollars with so many services they'll do and so many options just head over there don't try Target Walmart or any of that you won't find the service or displays and lastly I got a refurbished one that was easily hundreds extra easy to use and I'm so excited to set it...
Read moreI had an excellent experience here. There was no wait, no charge. The agent was very friendly and got the problem figured out after a few tests. Went in for a dead battery and it ended up being the charger was dead. It was the right diagnosis because I bought a new charger and my computer is always ready to go. Can't speak highly enough of our agent. We did go mid afternoon and the experience was not a nightmare like I dreaded before I got there. He also went out of his way to let me know the charger could be returned if that did not end up being the cause. ...
Read moreWorst, slowest service I have ever received. I only took my computer here because my normal repair place is closed. I understand they are probably busy, but my machine only needed to be wiped and have Windows reinstalled, and they kept it for nearly a week without providing any updates. Every time I called, the phone rang for minutes, and when someone finally answered, they just took my number for someone to call me back, which never happened.
