This was our first time going to Olive Garden and it was actually on the night of my birthday. From walk-in to walk-out, the service was absolutely impeccable. Even though we accidentally arrived almost a full 25 minutes before our reservation was due, they still welcomed us in with open arms.
Next, our server came up to our table and checked up on us with outmost hospitality. We let him know that I had a few food restrictions, namely allergies, and he was incredibly amenable to our needs. Whatever he didn’t know, he went out of his way to ask and find out. Olive Garden took so much care that the manager even came to our table personally and told us what foods I could safely enjoy.
As a result, I had a excellent experience and enjoyed myself from appetizer to main course! We ordered the fried mozzarella to start off with and I was honestly amazed at how crunchy and well fried it was, even without egg as a binder! I also had minestrone soup, as the rest of my family, and we all loved it. I was particularly happy about the breadsticks, especially because of the fact that while they were said to contain sesame online, in reality they didn’t! The Olive Garden manager told us that they modified the recipe to not have sesame anymore, and for that I am SO appreciative! Especially when I think about the sesame law that was recently passed—Olive Garden went the extra mile to ensure that all customers felt included and able to have their food.
All in all, I am beyond glad that I decided to go to Olive Garden on my birthday. I felt so celebrated and a valued customer at their restaurant. Not only were the staff knowledgeable and careful with my allergies, but Olive Garden also had a very useful allergen menu online. That way I had most of the information I needed at my fingertips. Overall, I loved the food, my parents, who are vegetarians and pescatarians, loved the food and it was a glowing experience. Thank you to our server, Donavan, the restaurant manager, and all of the people at Olive Garden for making our night memorable. We will DEFINITELY be coming back. And of course, I can’t forget the mints that we got at the end of our meal—I don’t eat mint and chocolate together as a rule, but Olive Garden’s mints are the one exception....

After watching movie at regal cinemas, Myself and my hubby with 1 yo kid wanted to have food and that was late in the night. We checked the timings of the restaurant it was open till 11pm. We decided to go that restaurant at 10.35 so still we want to ensure whether the kitchen is still open, I went alone and checked with the staff in the front desk and she said it’s open and I said it’s table for 3 and went to call my husband and kid in the car. That was around 10.40 pm. And that same staff made us to sit with menu, high chair in a booth. We were waiting there from 10.45 I guess nobody came to our booth to ask for drinks. It’s getting late and my husband said the kitchen may get close soon and they didn’t take any order. So I asked him to go check with the waitress and we were also hungry. Then the same person came to our desk and said the kitchen was closed and sorry for the miscommunication and she also asked whether we need to talk to manager. But I said no need and left that place with full of hungry and disappointment and angry. Very bad service ! They were chit chatting and talking and if they are not ready to take care of last minute coming customer why do they said the kitchen is open and made us sit in the first place. This spoiled our entire day ! We are a regular customer to this place, even last week we went for dinner and we love Olive Garden and the foodie but yesterday That was shattered coz the service was not good. Read moreI came here with my mother for her birthday. We ordered the buy one get one. When I told my server what I would like to order there and showed her what I would like to take home my mother told her what she would like to order and take home. The lady then asked me what I would like to order, even though I just told her and showed her. When I repeated my order she became confused. She told me they dont have the buy one get one. (Its right on the menu) That became very frustrating. We told her we would like a different server. Are different server came and we told him what we would like to order. We also then ordered a blue Hawaiian. When I had a blue Hawaiian other places the drink was frozen. All I could taste was pure alcohol. When we received are order they made my mothers order wrong. (She asked for pasta with chicken) there was no chicken on her order. At that point she just said forget it. As we where eatting no one came to check up on us. We asked another server walking by if we can have extra plates. She said she will be right out with them and went back to the kitchen. When she came back out she had no plates walked past us with food in her mouth and cleaned a table near by. We always come to this restaurant with no problem.
